1. How do I create an account in Lakshna?
Click on the top right "Log-in" icon and register your account if you are a new user
2. What are the benefits of creating an account?
The biggest advantage is the convenience of tracking your order status, viewing your order history, and receiving notifications about exclusive member offers, new product launches, and other exciting updates. In the future, you'll also be able to redeem reward points for added benefits.
3. How do I place my order?

4. How do I know that my order is confirmed?
Once your order is placed on our website, a confirmation email will be sent to your registered email address. As a registered member, you can also check your order status in the 'My Account' section. If you do not receive the confirmation email, please reach out to us with your order number at customercare@lakshan.com."
5. Do I need to have an account to place an order?
No, you can place an order using the guest checkout option without creating an account. However, we highly recommend registering an account to enjoy a faster, smoother, and more convenient shopping experience.
Payment Information
1. Why was my order payment rejected?
There could be several reasons for this issue. We recommend the following steps to resolve it:
Check with your bank to ensure sufficient funds are available for the transaction.
Verify that your debit/credit card or net banking details are correct and up to date. If you’ve recently received a new card, some details may have changed—please confirm and try again.
Ensure that the name and billing address you entered match exactly with those registered with your card issuer.
2. What are the payment types you offer?
For Indian orders: You can pay for purchases using Cash on Delivery, Debit, Credit card, Netbanking methods.
3. Is GST included in the product price?
Yes, All prices shown are GST inclusive.
4. How safe is it to use my debit/credit card?
We use Razorpay as our secure payment gateway for all card payments and net banking transactions. This trusted platform ensures that all your online payments are processed safely and securely.
For additional security, you may be required to enter a 3D Secure password after providing your card details. You’ll be redirected to your bank’s page to enter the ‘Verified by Visa’ password for Visa cards or ‘MasterCard SecureCode’ for MasterCard cards. This password is issued by your card-issuing bank and must be set up before making purchases on our site.
Shipping & Delivery Policy
1. How does the delivery process work?
All our deliveries are handled by trusted and reputed courier partners. Once your order is dispatched, you will receive an email with the tracking number and the name of the courier service handling your delivery. You can use this tracking number to check the status of your package on the courier company's website.
2. How can I track my order?
We dispatch most orders within 24 hours, excluding Sundays and public holidays. Once your order is shipped, you will receive a tracking number which you can use to track your package directly on the courier company's website and stay updated on its delivery status.
3. How are the items packed?
Each product in your order is carefully wrapped and placed in a sturdy carton box. The package is then securely sealed and prepared for shipping. All individual items are packed using eco-friendly wrapping materials, while fragile products like bottles receive extra protective cushioning to ensure safe delivery
Returns, Cancellation & Exchanges
1. What is your return policy?
All our products are non-returnable and non-exchangeable, except in cases of damage or defects. If you receive a damaged or defective item, please contact us at customercare@lakshna.com within 72 hours of delivery. Be sure to include your order invoice and a photo of the damaged product. Returns requested after this period will not be eligible for exchange
2. How will I get a refund for my cancelled orders and how long will this process take?
All approved refunds will be credited to the original payment method within 7 working days. For online payments, the refund will be reflected in your bank statement accordingly.
3. Do we accept returns during sale period?
Please note that orders placed during SALE are final and are not eligible for refunds or returns.
